More than facts and figures, statistics and news reports, the personal stories of people affected by Mesothelioma can do more to raise awareness of this devastating disease than anything else.

Today, on Asbestos Awareness Day, I came across this blog post written by a student at Oregon State, about the death of a beloved uncle. He died just a little over eight months after being diagnosed with mesothelioma. He was only 58 years old.
