&lt;br&gt;Thank you so much for your comments. It does seem that mesothelioma is
&lt;br&gt;finally getting more attention in the news, but actually you&#039;d be
&lt;br&gt;surprised that it is not covered as much by the American media as it is
&lt;br&gt;in other countries. I&#039;m not sure why that is, but we&#039;re doing our best
&lt;br&gt;to help raise awareness and let people know the dangers of asbestos
&lt;br&gt;exposure. I would recommend that your friend&#039;s father talk to his doctor
&lt;br&gt;about his concerns. If he lets his doctor know that he may have been
&lt;br&gt;exposed to asbestos, they can keep an eye out for any early symptoms
&lt;br&gt;that there may be a problem.
